Please read this delivery policy carefully before placing your order. This policy applies only to products sold through our website. If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail and will apply in respect of all products sold through the FiveG Ads and Designs website. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time.
REFUND POLICY
If we do not fulfill your order for any reason (design issue, user request, etc.) we will be happy to refund your money properly within 7-10 working days. However, if you cancel your order due to a reorder with a different job, then money will transfer to your account automatically.
RETURN
We understand that any damage during the transit may not be in your control, however, if the package is being damaged, we will not accept it. Nevertheless, we suggest you to send us a mail regarding the issue.
By accepting the package, we will not be responsible for any damage caused by the product itself.
DAMAGED PRODUCT BEING RECEIVED
Please notify us immediately if the product received has the exterior box/cover tampered with, so that we can place a new order before the damaged one is returned to us for inquiry.
Please note that we will not be able to ship a replacement or refund when no opening video is available. In these cases, we will assist you in managing this and shipping another item without question.
WHAT IF THE STATUS SAYS DELIVERED BUT THE PRODUCT HASN'T ARRIVED?
If your shipment status says delivered, but the product hasn't arrived, there may be a few steps to take before reaching out to us. First and foremost, please check with reception/security/neighbors to see whether someone on your behalf has received the shipment. If not, please let us know and we will inquire (or let them know if they can answer this question). Secondly, if we have received POD or DRS and it was confirmed by the courier company that you did receive it; we will share this info with you via mail.
WILL I GET A REFUND/COMPENSATION IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
We are committed to providing you with a great shopping experience. We will deliver your product on time according to the delivery timeframe specified during the checkout. In case there is any delay due to severe weather, Government restrictions, or any courier delay for any reason we will not be able to help with any refund/compensation but will try our best for delivering the product on time. However, if you have any problems receiving your order, please contact us so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
